Return & Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their item, without needing to provide a reason or pay penalties.

However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, which are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the item is faulty or an error was made on our part.

The 14-day period starts from:

• The day the customer or a third party (excluding the carrier) receives the item.

• For orders with multiple items delivered separately, it begins from the day the final item is received.
