Right of withdrawal and return

The customer has a fourteen (14)-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal (as per Article 55 of law number 659 dated February 04, 2005, on consumer protection), without needing to provide justification or pay penalties. However, this does not apply to products made to order, which are non-refundable or exchangeable.

The fourteen-day period begins:

• From the day the customer or a third party designated by them, excluding the carrier, receives the ordered item.
• For orders with multiple items delivered separately, it begins from the day the customer or designated third party receives the last item.

To initiate a withdrawal, the customer must notify us via email at atamant_jewelry@hotmail.com or by calling us at +44 7903 452102 or +961 70896815 (WhatsApp always available). A standard withdrawal form will be provided.
